سورۃ المرسلات

• بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمَٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ وَالْمُرْسَلَٰتِ عُرْفًۭا (1)
  By oath of those that are sent, one after the other. (The verses of the Holy Qur’an or the angels or the winds).
• فَالْعَٰصِفَٰتِ عَصْفًۭا (2)
  Then by oath of those that push with a strong gust.
• وَالنَّٰشِرَٰتِ نَشْرًۭا (3)
  Then by oath of those that lift and carry.
• فَالْفَٰرِقَٰتِ فَرْقًۭا (4)
  Then by those that clearly differentiate the right and wrong.
• فَالْمُلْقِيَٰتِ ذِكْرًا (5)
  And then by those that instil Remembrance into the hearts.
• عُذْرًا أَوْ نُذْرًا (6)
  To complete the argument or to warn.
• إِنَّمَا تُوعَدُونَ لَوَٰقِعٌۭ (7)
  Indeed what you are promised, will surely befall.
• فَإِذَا النُّجُومُ طُمِسَتْ (8)
  So when the lights of the stars are put out.
• وَإِذَا السَّمَآءُ فُرِجَتْ (9)
  And when the sky is split apart.
• وَإِذَا الْجِبَالُ نُسِفَتْ (10)
  And when the mountains are made into dust and blown away.
• وَإِذَا الرُّسُلُ أُقِّتَتْ (11)
  And when the time of the Noble Messengers arrives.
• لِأَىِّ يَوْمٍ أُجِّلَتْ (12)
  For which day were they appointed?
• لِيَوْمِ الْفَصْلِ (13)
  For the Day of Decision.
• وَمَآ أَدْرَىٰكَ مَا يَوْمُ الْفَصْلِ (14)
  And what do you know, what the Day of Decision is!
• وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ (15)
  Ruin is for the deniers on that day!
• أَلَمْ نُهْلِكِ الْأَوَّلِينَ (16)
  Did We not destroy the earlier people?
• ثُمَّ نُتْبِعُهُمُ الْاٰخِرِينَ (17)
  We shall then send the latter after them.
• كَذَٰلِكَ نَفْعَلُ بِالْمُجْرِمِينَ (18)
  This is how We deal with the guilty.
• وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ (19)
  Ruin is for the deniers on that day!
• أَلَمْ نَخْلُقكُّم مِّن مَّآءٍۢ مَّهِينٍۢ (20)
  Did We not create you from an abject fluid?
• فَجَعَلْنَٰهُ فِى قَرَارٍۢ مَّكِينٍ (21)
  We then kept it in a safe place.
• إِلَىٰ قَدَرٍۢ مَّعْلُومٍۢ (22)
  For a known calculated term.
• فَقَدَرْنَا فَنِعْمَ الْقَٰدِرُونَ (23)
  We then calculated; so how excellently do We control!
• وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ (24)
  Ruin is for the deniers on that day!
• أَلَمْ نَجْعَلِ الْأَرْضَ كِفَاتًا (25)
  Did We not make the earth a storehouse?
• أَحْيَآءًۭ وَأَمْوَٰتًۭا (26)
  For the living and the dead among you?
• وَجَعَلْنَا فِيهَا رَوَٰسِىَ شَٰمِخَٰتٍۢ وَأَسْقَيْنَٰكُم مَّآءًۭ فُرَاتًۭا (27)
  And We placed high mountains as anchors in it and gave you sweet water to drink.
• وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ (28)
  Ruin is for the deniers on that day!
• انطَلِقُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ مَا كُنتُم بِهِۦ تُكَذِّبُونَ (29)
  “Move towards what you used to deny!”
• انطَلِقُوٓا۟ إِلَىٰ ظِلٍّۢ ذِى ثَلَٰثِ شُعَبٍۢ (30)
  “Move towards the shadow of the smoke having three branches.”
• لَّا ظَلِيلٍۢ وَلَا يُغْنِى مِنَ اللَّهَبِ (31)
  “Which neither gives shade, nor saves from the flame.”
• إِنَّهَا تَرْمِى بِشَرَرٍۢ كَالْقَصْرِ (32)
  Indeed hell throws up sparks like huge castles.
• كَأَنَّهُۥ جِمَٰلَتٌۭ صُفْرٌۭ (33)
  Seeming like yellow camels.
• وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ (34)
  Ruin is for the deniers on that day!
• هَٰذَا يَوْمُ لَا يَنطِقُونَ (35)
  This is a day in which they will not be able to speak.
• وَلَا يُؤْذَنُ لَهُمْ فَيَعْتَذِرُونَ (36)
  Nor will they be given permission to present excuses.
• وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ (37)
  Ruin is for the deniers on that day!
• هَٰذَا يَوْمُ الْفَصْلِ ۖ جَمَعْنَٰكُمْ وَالْأَوَّلِينَ (38)
  This is the Day of Decision; We have gathered you and all the earlier men.
• فَإِن كَانَ لَكُمْ كَيْدٌۭ فَكِيدُونِ (39)
  If you now have any conspiracy, carry it out on Me.
• وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ (40)
  Ruin is for the deniers on that day!
• إِنَّ الْمُتَّقِينَ فِى ظِلَٰلٍۢ وَعُيُونٍۢ (41)
  Indeed the pious are in shades and springs.
• وَفَوَٰكِهَ مِمَّا يَشْتَهُونَ (42)
  And among fruits whichever they may desire.
• كُلُوا۟ وَاشْرَبُوا۟ هَنِيٓـًٔۢا بِمَا كُنتُمْ تَعْمَلُونَ (43)
  “Eat and drink with pleasure, the reward of your deeds.”
• إِنَّا كَذَٰلِكَ نَجْزِى الْمُحْسِنِينَ (44)
  This is how We reward the virtuous.
• وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ (45)
  Ruin is for the deniers on that day!
• كُلُوا۟ وَتَمَتَّعُوا۟ قَلِيلًا إِنَّكُم مُّجْرِمُونَ (46)
  “Eat and enjoy for a while - indeed you are guilty.”
• وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ (47)
  Ruin is for the deniers on that day!
• وَإِذَا قِيلَ لَهُمُ ارْكَعُوا۟ لَا يَرْكَعُونَ (48)
  And when it is said to them, “Offer the prayer” – they do not!
• وَيْلٌۭ يَوْمَئِذٍۢ لِّلْمُكَذِّبِينَ (49)
  Ruin is for the deniers on that day!
• فَبِأَىِّ حَدِيثٍۭ بَعْدَهُۥ يُؤْمِنُونَ (50)
  So after this, in what matter will they believe?
